From December 16 to February 6, registration is $425 for members and $650 for non-members. On February 7, prices increase again to $675 for members and $900 for non-members.

Introducing Our Foundation Night Entertainment!

We are excited to announce that actor and stand-up comedian Steve Hytner will be providing entertainment for Foundation Night at the VOS 2024 Conference. Combined with headlining comedy clubs nationally and his many corporate shows, Steve is one of America’s best stand-ups and most recognized character actors.

Steve received critical acclaim for his portrayal of Kenny Bania on the long-running hit “Seinfeld.” Steve’s other works include “Modern Family,” “Hung,” “Mike and Molly,” “Two and a Half Men,” “Curb your Enthusiasm,” “CSI,” “CSI New York,” “Boston Legal,” “Friends,” “Roswell,” “King of Queens,” and many, many more. He started his feature career in the film “Ski Patrol” and went on to co-star in such films as “In the Line of Fire” with Clint Eastwood, “Forces of Nature” with Ben Affleck and Sandra Bullock, “The Marrying Man” with Alec Baldwin, “Eurotrip,” “Love Stinks,” “Charlie’s Angels: Full Throttle,” “The Haunted Mansion,” and “The Prophecy” trilogy of films, to name a few.

Book Your Airport Shuttle

The VOS has partnered with North Lake Tahoe Express to offer a shuttle from the Reno-Tahoe International Airport to Everline Resort.

Once booked, you will receive one confirmation email from the VOS and another confirmation email from North Lake Tahoe Express closer to arrival. The second email will include instructions on pick up and travel time. Please have your flight information available when booking the shuttle.

Tickets are $30 per person one way and $60 per person round trip. Prices are subject to change after January 15th, 2024. Book now to secure the best price.

Sign Up for the Kids Party by January 14th

Parents: If your children will attend the Kids Party, you must sign up by January 14th.

The Kids Party will be held Wednesday, February 14, from 7 pm-10:30 pm during Foundation Night. Children age 4 to 12 years old are welcome to attend. The cost is $35 per child.

Interested in Becoming a Sponsor or Exhibitor for the VOS 2024 Conference?

VOS invites companies and organizations engaged in veterinary orthopedics to view its Sponsor & Exhibitor Prospectus for the VOS 2024 Conference, to be held February 10-17, 2024, in Lake Tahoe, California.

Sponsor and exhibitor space is limited and is available on a first come, first served basis. Sponsor registration will open in a tiered fashion (based on 2023 Conference Sponsorship levels) as follows:

  • July 3-July 23, 2023: Preferred Sponsorship registration is opened for 2023 VOS Sponsors choosing Sponsor status for the 2024 Conference, or any company choosing to sponsor at a Gold Level or higher (≥ $20,000) for 2024.

  • July 24-August 6, 2023: Sponsorship registration is opened for all past VOS Sponsors as well as companies with ≥ 10 years VOS exhibit history choosing Sponsor status for the 2024 Conference.

  • August 7, 2023 until space is filled: Sponsorship / Exhibitor Registration open to all interested sponsors and exhibitors until availability is sold out. Available on a first come, first served basis. At this point, companies sponsoring at the Silver or Bronze level are eligible to purchase additional sponsorship items listed in other sponsorship packages if they are available.
